About this course
Maintaining accurate records and documentation is important for every health and social care professional. If information about the patient is not recorded properly, this can adversely affect patient care and can also impact inquests and inquiries and potentially lead to legal action.
This half day course will introduce delegates to excellent record keeping practice, the need to create and maintain effective records and practical evaluations in recording daily notes that underpins their day to day practice.
