RIDDOR which stands for Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations, puts duties on employers, the self-employed and those responsible for and in control of work premises to report certain serious workplace accidents, occupational diseases and specified dangerous occurrences as well as near misses.
Our RIDDOR course provides a thorough introduction to RIDDOR legislation, explaining why incidents must be reported, which incidents need to be reported and how to submit a report online, by phone or in writing.
